How long until I receive my order?

Allow up to 7 - 10 business days ( NOT including weekends) for shipping confirmation sent via email
.  Please note: Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. USPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them (1-800-275-8777).

 Iconiq Brat is not liable for shipping delays due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays,  order verification or incorrect shipping addresses. Your order will be shipped to the address as entered on our website.

Providing an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address is one of the leading causes of shipping delays. Upon ordering, please ensure all delivery information is complete and accurate to ensure successful delivery. If an order is returned due to insufficient or incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipment.

What is your return policy?

All sales are FINAL. There are absolutely NO refunds & exchanges.

How do I care for my Iconiq Brat Lashes ? 

                                         Removing Lashes/Glue 

  •  Be gentle when removing your Lashes. You need to be as gentle as when you applied them. 
  • Use a pointed tweezer to very gently remove any excess glue from the lashes after every wear. Starting with the outer corner and gently peel off the glue towards inner corner. DO NOT  tug the hair or lash band as this will mess up the band shape and loosen the hairs. 

                                                     Storage 

  • Keep your Iconiq Brat Lashes stored preferably in lash box to maintain shape                                       

                                                    Avoid Water 

  • DO NOT Soak your Iconiq Brat  lashes in water. Getting your Lashes wet will damage the shape  AND  curl of your lashes .

                                                  Avoid Mascara 

  • DO NOT put mascara on your Iconiq Brat Lashes as this will loosen the hairs. We suggest putting mascara on your real lashes before applying. 

                                                 Avoid Chemicals 

  • DO NOT use any harsh chemicals or oil based products on your Iconiq Brat lashes. firstly, it will ruin the quality of the lashes. Secondly, the oil residue will repel the eyelash glue from sticking to your lash band during the next application.
